It’s often said that you cannot over-communicate when managing successful change within an organisation and recently we’ve been helping one of our biggest clients with a series of frequently updated internal video communications during a period of change in their business. Visiting their site to film short updates from their Senior Leadership Team, and editing on site within the same day, we've been able to deliver a series of key video communications that have kept the rest of the business fully informed, engaged and aligned with consistent messaging during this time.
